Vendors are an important partner in our business. We use their expertise to utilize the most current technology and innovations. Many times our vendors send us updated research to help us identify solutions that we were not previously aware of. In any case, we will do the research to find and use only the best products available.
Too many times we have been called in to help a client who has just had a new beautiful facility built—but the contractor or design consultant did not understand the necessary specifications of existing equipment, or make allowances for future power or air requirements. We have had to restructure many buildings because of these problems and adapt previously installed equipment at a substantial cost to the client. These kinds of problems don’t have to occur when we design or build your buildings using our proven methods and the expertise of our vendor partners.
We spend hundreds of hours each year in training for new products and systems. We want to be able to advise our clients on what is best for their situation. Our goal is to provide the best service by taking a hard look at an existing facility to determine what the main expenditures are and what problems we need to solve.
